Our approach is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, enriched by the alignment principles of Anusara Yoga. We use the dynamic structure of Ashtanga Vinyasa to create internal heat and purification — a foundation for transforming the body, mind, and spirit.
To complement this, we integrate the “Universal Principles of Alignment” from Anusara Yoga, which bring grace, precision, and a deeper connection to the heart into each posture. This combination allows students to experience yoga not just as a physical discipline, but as a sacred expression of inner awareness and self-discovery.
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is divided into three progressive phases that support a natural evolution of learning, embodiment, and teaching:
Cycle 1: Foundations
We begin with the core principles of yoga, focusing on philosophy, personal practice, and foundational alignment techniques. This phase sets the tone for refining your own asana practice and cultivating inner awareness.
Cycle 2: Application
In this phase, you’ll deepen your understanding by applying alignment techniques in daily practice. We explore how the physical, energetic, and philosophical aspects of yoga begin to integrate — expanding both your self-practice and teaching capacity.
Cycle 3: Integration Teaching
The final stage is about embodying what you’ve learned. You will begin to integrate teaching with personal practice, develop your own class structures, receive feedback, and gain confidence in guiding others. Teaching becomes a natural extension of your inner experience, and your understanding of yoga becomes more holistic, personal, and alive.
This training offers a comprehensive, embodied, and spiritually grounded curriculum to support your personal growth, inner clarity, and teaching ability. You will explore:

The two hundred hour teacher training with the Bhakti Yoga School is not what you expect, it is more. During my time in the Teacher Training I not only found peace, I found challenge and resolution, I found experimentation and growth; I found what I had been searching for without knowing I was looking for it.
