Shyam Vallabhi is an international yoga teacher and Ayurvedic therapist who has dedicated more than two decades to living and sharing the yogic path.
Her work integrates yoga, Ayurveda, and a therapeutic approach, guiding students to reconnect with their bodies, balance their energy, and integrate these practices into daily life.
For the past 19 years, Shyam has been leading spiritual journeys and study immersions throughout India, accompanying students into a direct experience of the yogic tradition. She travels to India every year to continue her own studies and deepen her connection to the roots of these teachings.
Her background in anthropology and her work with organizations focused on human rights and environmental awareness bring a grounded, conscious, and deeply integrative perspective to her teaching.
She has been invited to teach at international festivals such as Bali Spirit Festival, Cali Yoga Fest, Ecuador Yoga Festival, and Peru Yoga Festival.
As founder of Yogendra Ashram in Cali, Colombia, and the Dhanvantari Ayurveda & Panchakarma Center in Peru, she guides yoga teacher trainings, therapeutic programs, retreats, and sacred journeys internationally.
Through her teaching, she offers not only knowledge, but a space for transformation, integration, and deeper connection.
Chaitanya is the International Director of Bhakti Yoga School, with ashrams in Peru and Colombia, and more than 35 years dedicated to the path of yoga and spiritual life.
Originally from Peru, he began his spiritual journey at a young age and has spent decades living, studying, and teaching in ashrams and spiritual communities throughout South America, the United States, and India. His first journey to India was in 1996, beginning a lifelong relationship with the sacred traditions and teachings of the country.
For many years, Chaitanya has guided spiritual pilgrimages and yoga immersions throughout India, sharing not only teachings, but direct experience of ashram life, sacred sites, and traditional yogic culture.
His teaching is deeply rooted in traditional yoga philosophy, daily spiritual practice, and lived experience.
He was one of the first South Americans certified in Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) in India, integrating this wisdom into his work in a practical and accessible way.
Chaitanya has studied with renowned teachers such as Pattabhi Jois and John Friend, while also being profoundly shaped through ashram life and initiation into the Vedic tradition by his teacher, S. Atulananda Acharya.
Over the years, he has guided thousands of students and trained yoga teachers from all over the world. Many of his students now share yoga within their own communities, creating a strong and connected international sangha.
His approach is simple, steady, and deeply grounded, offering yoga as a path that can be truly lived and integrated into daily life through discipline, devotion, and clarity.
