Itinerary:

March 4 – New Delhi

• Arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport (New Delhi)
• Hotel check-in starting at 1:00 p.m. (approx. 1 hour from the airport)
• Important: Please do not arrive at the hotel later than 8:00 p.m.
• Visit to a significant temple to begin the pilgrimage

March 5 – Delhi

• Morning yoga class, breakfast, and group orientation
• Visit to Delhi’s most iconic traditional markets
• Explore the Sikh temple Gurudwara Sri Bangla Sahib

March 6–8 – Rishikesh, Capital of Yoga

• Train journey to Rishikesh (approx. 4 hours)
• Stay at an Ayurvedic wellness center
• Immersion into Ayurvedic lifestyle:
• Optional consultations with a Vaidya (Ayurvedic doctor)
• Personalized massages and treatments
• Rest and integration time by the sacred Ganges River

March 9–13 – 100hr Yoga & Ayurveda Training

• Begin the 100-Hour Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training
• Hatha Vinyasa with alignment focus
• Daily Ayurveda theory and lifestyle practice
• Visits to sacred and mystical sites around Rishikesh
• Accommodation in a traditional yoga ashram by the Ganges

March 14–16 – Vrindavan, Taj Mahal & Spiritual Encounters

• Train journey to Vrindavan, the land of divine love
• Visits to devotional temples and sacred pilgrimage sites
• Meetings with respected gurus and visits to their ashrams
• Guided tour of the Taj Mahal, one of the world’s architectural wonders
• Visit to an Elephant Conservation Center that promotes conscious and compassionate care of sacred animals

March 17 – Closing & Return

• Graduation and farewell ceremony
• Tour ends in Vrindavan at 10:00 a.m.
• Private taxi transport to Delhi Airport (approx. 3-hour drive)
• Safe travels back home, with India in your heart.

• Guidance with the application for your Indian tourist visa (the online visa costs approximately $50–$75 USD).
• Assistance with purchasing your international flight to India.
• Coordination of your arrival and departure logistics in the country.

Not included:

• International airfare (estimated cost: $800–$1,000 USD).
• Transportation from the airport to the hotel at the beginning and end of the tour (approximately $50 USD total).
• Ayurvedic therapies in Rishikesh (optional), approximate costs:
• Ayurvedic consultation: $12 USD

• Panchakarma detox program: 2-hour sessions for 3 to 7 days at $35 USD per session.

International Ayurveda & Yoga Therapist • Founder of Yogendra Ashram

Shyam Vallabhi Devi Dasi, also known as Samantha Miller, is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of Ayurveda and Yoga with over two decades of experience guiding individuals on the path of healing and self-discovery. She is the founder of Yogendra Ashram in Cali, Colombia, and a leading figure in the integration of Yoga and Ayurveda across Latin America.

For the past 18 years, she has led annual study and healing journeys to India, offering students and practitioners an immersive experience in the sacred traditions of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Bhakti. Her deep-rooted connection to India and her ability to bridge cultures make her a trusted guide for those seeking spiritual depth and embodied wellness.

Certified in Ayurveda in India in 2008, Shyam Vallabhi has continued her advanced studies under renowned teachers such as Dr. Vinod (India) and Divya Alter (USA). Her therapeutic focus includes Panchakarma detox programs, Ayurvedic nutrition, marma therapy, and bodywork—offered with precision, compassion, and authenticity.

Her yoga journey includes extensive training in Anusara Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yin, Restorative, and Hatha Vinyasa. She pioneered AcroYoga in South America and Asia since 2008 and founded the 500hr Advanced Training Program at Bhakti Yoga School in 2013.

Her holistic background also includes certifications in Reiki, Breema, Craniosacral Therapy, Yoga Anatomy, Traditional Thai Massage (Thailand, Laos, Bali, USA), Vedic Astrology, and Human Design reading.

Initiated in the Bhakti Yoga tradition by Srila Bhakti Kavi Atulananda Maharaj and Chaitanya Nitai Das, Shyam Vallabhi’s work is a devotional offering of ancient wisdom in modern form—empowering others to live healthier, more aligned, and spiritually grounded lives.

Chaitanya is the Director and Founder of the Bhakti Yoga School, with ashrams in Cusco, Peru, and Cali, Colombia. With over 35 years of teaching experience and over 1500 students graduated, Chaitanya continues to share timeless wisdom and yoga techniques for one’s well-being.

His focus is the path of Bhakti Yoga and was initiated in the Vedic traditions of India by his teacher Bhakti Kavi Atulananda Acharya Maharaj.

Chaitanya is one of the first South Americans to be certified in Vedic Astrology in India, as well as to offer international yoga teacher training courses in South America.

He organizes Teacher Training Courses (TTCs) for aspiring practitioners and also conducts annual workshops and retreats in South America, USA, Europe and India.
