1. We require a deposit as soon as possible to reserve your spot. The amount depends on the course you will be taking.

2. Once your application for the course has been accepted, the deposit becomes non-refundable in case of a change by the applicant. However, if an applicant is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded immediately.

3. Make the payment of the remaining balance before starting the course.

4. Final payments can be updated with online transfers.

5. Any extra charges for transfers must be covered by the applicant.

6. In case of a change of date or unforeseen circumstances in our courses, we will refund 100% of your payment to the applicant. The cost of transportation is independent of our courses (planes, taxis, etc.).

7. Any changes or cancellations by the applicant must be notified before 4 weeks from the start date of the course. With your notification, we can only offer exchange for another yoga course, but not a refund. Otherwise, your deposit will not be refundable (see point 2).”
